Printer & ink ok, but won't print word doc. prints from other sources, even web pages.Totally foxed?

In word, go to file and print. When the print box opens, check the drop down list under ';Printer Name'; to make sure that the correct source (ie your printer, and not some random other source) is selected. Click Print as normal.
