i fill in the ink of my printer but after i try to print somthing it tells me incorrect cartrige i dont now how to sort this problem please helpI have a printer problem with the ink the printer is a lexmark z735?
Those refill kits cause problems like that. I would try tapping the cartridge on a moist towel to make sure the ink is flowing and there are no vacuum spots in the cartridge. Then reinstall and go to the printer maintenance folder and make sure the number shown for the cartridge is correct. Finally print a test page. Sounds like an electrical failure in the cartridge. It just happens some times. No fixes for it.
Yours problem is hardware related and need these instructions
. can you refill by self if this than put out your refill cartridge try to clean your cartridge head with petrol are other cleaning liquid with a soft cloth. booth side printing side and side which connect with circuit.
after this if there is some ink drooped than put it again trying to print.
