You can install your cartridges again, which may help you.


1) Turn on the printer; take out the cartridges and shake them


2) Turn off the printer for a few minutes


3) Turn on the printer, when it says ';insert inks';, and then insert the compatible cartridges one by one, making sure the cartridges are sitting completely in the slots.MY LEXMARK PRINTER WHICH HAS NEW INK CARTRIDES IN IT, WILL NOT RESPOND WHEN I CLICK PRINT. WHAT DO I DO? THANK?
When you say new, I am assuming you mean new OEM Lexmark cartridge, and not refills. Generally, refills are a bad idea and many do not work. Printer manufacturers are now installing ';smart chips'; that sense ink level. Once depleted, they are not consumer resettable.





If cost is the motivating factor for refilling, then consider getting one of those new Kodak printers. Their original Kodak refill tanks sell for about half of what all other manufacturers sell for. They give lab quality prints too!
buy a real brand like canon.


we had a lexmark to,piece of **** never worked.


now we have a canon sure its more expensive but its much better
