Could have the opportunity to start an ink refilling business, but I remember talk of cartridges being fitted with chips to prevent this - is this true? If so, is there a legal workaround?

most ink cartridges have like a bladder inside them that is full of ink as the ink empties the bladder collapses so the when you put the needle in to refill the it punctures the bladder and they leak and apart from lexmark who i know do that most cartridges are not wort refilling as its just as cheap to buy new ones
